What you send through the request form
When you submit a request, we receive your name, your phone number, what you want to sell, and any photos you attach. We also receive the address of the page you sent the form from. We use these details to call you back and arrange an appointment, and we do not sell them to anyone.
The form passes your details to us by email, sent through the Postmark email service, through Zapier, a service that forwards them to us, or through both. If you attach photos, they reach us as attachments to the email; the copy sent through Zapier records only how many photos you attached. The website itself does not store a copy of your request or your photos.
Website analytics
This site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are viewed and when a phone link is tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can opt out with the browser add-on Google offers at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Protection against spam
This site may use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to keep automated spam out of the request form. reCAPTCHA is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Records kept when you sell
Texas requires dealers who buy crafted precious metal, such as gold jewelry, to register with the state and keep a record of each seller, which is one reason we ask for a photo ID.
